Ingredients

Coconut Oil - Coconut oil has deep cleansing properties. My soaps have a high content of coconut oil which produces a lovely creamy lather. Coconut oil contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and soothes the skin from irritation. The fatty acids in coconut oil help to remove dirt, dead skin and other skin impurities. People with dry skin will benefit from the intense hydration provided by the fatty acids without stripping away the skins natural oils. The presence of Vitamin E in coconut oil enhances the skin nourishing properties and helps to repair the skin, protect against the environment and prevent cracking.

Castor Oil - Castor oil is a multi-purpose vegetable oil that people have used for thousands of years. It's been made by extracting oil from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant. These seeds, which are know as castor beans, contains a toxic enzyme called ricin. Ricin is a fatty acid which makes castor oil a natural moisturiser, keeping the skin hydrated. Castor Oil is also known for promoting wound healing, preventing the sore from drying out and becoming irritated. It stimulates tissue growth so that a barrier can be formed between the wound and the environment, decreasing the risk of infection.

Cocoa Butter - Cocoa butter is a luxurious moisturising ingredient that will do wonders for your skin. It has been lightly deodourised to restrain the overpowering cocoa odour, but it still retains a pleasant and relaxing aroma. Cocoa butter has numerous benefits for your skin, including, reducing the appearance of stretch marks, conditioning your hair, relieve the symptoms of eczema, psoriasis and dry skin.

Pure organic shea butter also contains Vitamin E. We only use raw, unrefined Shea Butter, leaving all of its natural vitamins intact.

Olive Oil - Olive oil contains the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K which help to treat skin conditions, such as; eczema and psoriasis. Olive oil is an antioxidant, protecting the skin from free radicals, that can potentially damage your  skin cells. We use a high content of olive oil in our soaps, which is important for its antibacterial properties. Olive oil is extremely moisturising for your hair and skin.

Palm Oil -  Palm oil restores hydration to dry skin, sealing in moisture. Suitable for use on sensitive skin, it effectively nourishes areas afflicted by eczema, psoriasis and stretch marks.
