Returns Policy & Shipping

For cancellations - You are within your rights to cancel your order but please do so via email, within 48 hours of placing your order. If your parcel has already been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

For returns: If you have received your goods and wish to return them then please contact us beforehand to arrange. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and you have 21 days to ship back to me. The postage charge will be at cost of the buyer.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods that have been damaged in your care will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value if not in the original condition. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded promptly upon receipt of the return.

We do not accept exchanges.

Imperfect boxes are sold as seen and non-returnable.

Any orders over £30 CANNOT be refunded!

Shipping (UK): All parcels are posted via Royal Mail (2nd Class). We aim to post within 48 hours so please allow 3-5 days for delivery, potentially longer in busier periods and bank holidays. We will not be held responsible for shipping times.

We currently cannot offer international shipping. Apologies for any inconvenience.
