Returns Policy & Shipping

For cancellations - You are within your rights to cancel your order but please do so via email, within 36 hours of placing your order. If your parcel has already been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

For returns: If you have received your goods and wish to return them then please contact us beforehand to arrange. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and you have 21 days to ship back to me. The postage charge will be at cost of the buyer.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods that have been damaged in your care will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value if not in the original condition. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded promptly upon receipt of the return.

We do not accept exchanges.

Imperfect boxes are sold as seen and non-returnable.

Any orders over £30 CANNOT be refunded!

Shipping (UK): All parcels are posted via Royal Mail (2nd Class). We aim to post within 48 hours so please allow 3-5 days for delivery, potentially longer in busier periods and bank holidays. We will not be held responsible for shipping times.

Shipping (international): Parcels up to 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed so you can track your parcel all the way from us to you! Parcels that weigh more than 2kg, will be shipped via an alternative courier. Shipping costs vary depending on the country. We will not be held responsible for postage times or any damage involved in transportation. Any charges you may incur at customs will be payable by you, the customer.

Countries we post to: USA, Canada, France, Georgia, Australia, New Zealand, Spain and South Africa. These are the only countries we ship to at the moment, we will look into more in the near future. If we currently do not post to your country and you would like to order from us, then please use the 'contact' section on the website to let us know and we will look into shipping costs for you.
